Wood Food Concepts, better known to Texas residents as Cheddar’s, has been named in a recent slip and fall lawsuit that allegedly happened two years ago when a customer fell while inside of the restaurant.

On September 14th, Mary Jones, of Jefferson County, filed a lawsuit in the Jefferson County Courthouse against the Cheddar’s restaurant in Beaumont, Texas. According to her complaint, Jones walked into the eatery in September of 2010 to order food and dine in. Shortly after entering the restaurant, however, she slipped and fell as a result of alleged wet floors inside the restaurant.
